Black Friday Sale Wigs - Non-Refundable Policy

Effective from 25 November 2024, all wigs purchased during our Black Friday Sale are subject to the following non-refundable policy:

  1. Non-Refundable Purchase: All wigs purchased at Black Friday sale prices are final sale and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

  2. No Exceptions: This policy applies to all Black Friday sale wig purchases without exception. Please ensure you have selected the correct product and size before completing your purchase.

  3. Quality Assurance: While all wigs sold during the Black Friday Sale are thoroughly inspected before shipment, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, incorrect fit, or personal preference.

  4. Defective Products: In the unlikely event that the wig arrives damaged or defective, we will address the issue promptly. Please contact customer service within [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the defect for further assistance.

  5. Customer Responsibility: By purchasing a wig during the Black Friday Sale, customers acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable terms outlined above.

Normal Website policy 
1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return.

2. Condition of the Wig: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the wig must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

3. Exchange Options: We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.

4. Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
