Late Arrivals & Deposits

At Bambi Beauty Luxe Studios, appointments are carefully scheduled. Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

For services other than the two frontal ponytail services, cancellations made 72 hours or less before the appointment forfeit the deposit.

For Traditional Frontal Ponytail and Fluffy Frontal Ponytail appointments, any customer cancellation forfeits the full deposit, regardless of when it is made, because the hair and materials are prepared or purchased specifically for your appointment.
